HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE:

FANCY SOX offers a return policy on all items. Due to the intimate nature of our products you may only return items that have not been tried on.  In its original packaging you may return the item by mail or in person at any of our locations. Please ensure that you have the receipt with you item as a proof of purchase.

FANCY SOX vous offre un retour sur tous les items dont le paquet n`a pas été ouvert et qui n’a pas été essayé. Vous pouvez retourner les items en personne au magasin ou par la poste. Vous devez toujours avoir un reçu pour tous les retours. 

IF YOU ARE RETURNING BY MAIL:

Please ensure that the postmark is not dated later than 30 days from the date of purchase and note that you are responsible for all shipping cost incurred in your return.

Si vous retournez par la poste le reçu doit être étampé de pas moins de 30 jours de l`achat. Vous devez cependant absorber les coûts de frais au retour.  

IF YOU ARE RETURNING AT THE STORE: 

Please ensure that you also have the merchandise in its original packaging and that the item has not been tried on, bring it in with your receipt, no later than 30 days. 

Pour un retour en magasin, svp assurer que le paquet soit dans son état original et que le reçu est daté de moins de 30 jours.

You may receive an exchange or a credit note or a credit on your credit card depending on your method of payment.

30 DAYS:All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of the receipt.

DOCUMENTATION:

Your invoice and unopened package must be sent together in order to receive a refund. At the store your receipt must acompany your item.

Votre reçu et votre paquet non ouvert doivent être envoyés ensembles pour un retour. En magasin votre reçu doit accompagner votre paquet non ouvert. 

GOOD CONDITION:

All returned items must be in their original packaging and be unworn and not tried on before they can be accepted. Any return that is not in good condition will not be accepted.

Tous les items retournés doivent être dans leur paquet original ni ouvert ni essayé. Si un item a été essayé ou ouvert il ne pourras pas être repris 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygienic standards of concerns, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept any returns on hosiery to which the package has been opened and tried on. 

Puisque que nos items sont de nature intime, nous sommes dans l`impossibilité de reprendre des paquets ouverts ou essayés.
